Founded in 2010, Hangrun Technology is a leading professional service provider for civil aviation engine recycling in the Asia - Pacific region. We have established the On - Wing Recycling (OWR) and On - Wing Support (OWS) service systems. Meanwhile, we have constructed a business system that encompasses the procurement, disassembly, maintenance, sales of aircraft and components, as well as aircraft and engine leasing.


As a part of the civil aviation industry, we are dedicated to promoting the circular economy concept of reduction, reuse, and resource utilization in the civil aviation field. We continuously explore and apply reuse and remanufacturing technologies in the civil aviation sector to enhance the recycling value of aircraft and engines. By strictly managing the recycling processes of aircraft and engines, we not only contribute to the green development of the civil aviation market but also set a new benchmark for the sustainable development of the global civil aviation industry.


Our strength has been recognized by our peer partners. We are an approved aviation material supplier for many engine overhaul plants such as MTU Maintenance Zhuhai and ST Engineering Aerospace Technologies (Xiamen) Co Ltd - STATCO. Additionally, we are an accredited supplier for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) like General Electric (GE), Boeing, and the CFMI Group.


Thomas Peng
Chairman

More than two decades of engine expertise, aircraft leasing and aviation asset management. Has presided over the completion of the first domestic aircraft cross-border transaction disposal project.


Graduated from Civil Aviation University of China in 1995, majoring in thermal power plant,Worked for Air China/AMECO, completed the disposal of over 100 retired aircraft, and presided over the development of Air China engineering evaluation decision system and aircraft value evaluation decision system.


After that, served as Senior Vice President of China Aviation Leasing Financial Leasing Co., Ltd./ARI, was responsible for the sales of second-hand aircraft, led the development of key businesses such as aeroengine leasing, passenger aricraft to cargo aircraft changing and aviation material supply blockchain. Proficient in corporate operations management, business model development, aviation industry assessment and design, and market development.

Bob Yang
General Manager

Nearly 20 years of aviation experience. .


Found Hangrun Technology in 2010, and has become a qualified supplier of more than 70 airlines and aircraft overhaul plants in China and Southeast Asia, and maintains close cooperative relations with more than 50 distributors in Europe and America.


Graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with a master degree in project management. Worked for Guangzhou Hangxin Aviation Technology, and has served as software and hardware research and development engineer, project management manager and marketing manager of airborne equipment automatic detection system. Have a detailed understanding of the working principle of aircraft hydraulic, mechanical and avionics systems.

Jennifer Mu
CTO

Possesses about 22 years of aviation experience, and has worked for Air China. Be responsible for managing aircraft engine leasing/asset transactions, including contract negotiation, lease/contract management, asset value evaluation, aircraft delivery management, cost budget and control, etc.


In 2019, joined CMB Financial Leasing Company as CTO of the Aviation Leasing Department, responsible for aviation asset management and technical management, and had in-depth contact with domestic and foreign airlines, engine maintenance manufacturers and aircraft disassembling and modification institutions, and has rich experience in aircraft, engine and parts management.


John Bloemen
Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Graduated from the University of Western Australia and holds a qualification in Industrial Management (Aviation) as well as a qualification in Industrial Management (Aviation) from the University of New South Wales. With over 25 years of experience in aviation finance, leasing, and sales, specializing in aircraft financing, operating leases, and aircraft sales transactions.


During the tenure as Vice President of Sales at AWAS (now Dubai Aerospace Enterprise), led multiple aircraft financing and sales transactions, working closely with senior executives of major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to support the long-term fleet needs of airline customers.


Previously served as the Head of Aircraft Leasing and Sales (Asia-Pacific and Middle East) at BOC Aviation, responsible for aircraft leasing and sales in the region, accumulating extensive market experience.

C.J. Wysochi
Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs

Graduated from New York Law School and Harvard University with a J.D. and over 30 years of experience in international law, asset finance, sales and leasing transactions. He served as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of GE Capital Aviation Services, where GECAS owns the world's largest commercial aircraft fleet. During his tenure, CJ was responsible for drafting all contracts and handling all negotiations with Asian aviation clients, including a number of leading airlines in China, Korea, Japan and India. During his tenure, he acted as legal counsel in the Philippine Airlines bankruptcy case, handling complex negotiations with banks and export credit agencies.


Acted as external counsel to Vietnam Airlines in its first acquisition of Western-built aircraft, and also acted for Cathay Pacific Airways and Malaysia Airlines. Excellent skills in aviation finance, cross-border transactions and handling complex legal matters.

John Zhang
Director of Maintenance and Equipment

Graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, majoring in quality management, with a master's degree. In his early years, majored in aircraft mechanical and electrical maintenance engineering in aviation colleges.


With nearly 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, he has worked as a quality, production, sales and account manager in large aviation product manufacturers and engine maintenance enterprises, and has a deep understanding of aviation manufacturing and aviation maintenance civil aviation regulations; Specializing in the establishment and implementation of aviation maintenance process, production planning, control and maintenance cycle monitoring; be good at quality assurance and control, supply chain management, production project and risk control in aviation field.

Robert Wang
Director of Finance

MBA from South China University of Technology, more than 20 years of financial professional experience and management implementation experience, with international vision and innovation and development ability;


Used to be a manager in GF Securities Company, and a senior executive in China Southern Airlines Group Finance Company, New Hope Group Finance Company and Greenland Financial Control Regional Headquarters. With extensive business resources accumulated for many years, he can grasp the exhibition strategy and cooperation opportunities well.

Michelle Qiu
Director of Asset Disposal

Graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics with a bachelor's degree in international economics and trade.


Possessed nearly 20 years of aviation experience. She has worked in the purchasing department and international business department of China Southern Airlines, as well as aviation maintenance enterprises. She has rich experience in purchasing development, asset acquisition, supply chain management, business cooperation and other fields.


From 2010 to 2020, she’s responsible for the company's aviation materials procurement and repair team. At present, the company is responsible for the back-office business of asset disposal, including transaction structure, contract business, risk control, delivery, OEM cooperation and other matters.

Ryan Lee
Director

Holds a bachelor's degree from Nankai University and a master's degree from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, with over 15 years of experience in investment and investment banking. Proficient in capital markets and listing regulations, having led and participated in the IPOs, investment mergers and acquisitions, and capital operations of multiple enterprises.


Previously worked in the Equity Investment Department and the Equity Investment Department of Anbang Insurance Group. Currently in charge of listing-related work at Hangrun Technology, leading the introduction of strategic investments, standardizing corporate governance structures, strengthening public relations management, and advancing the IPO process.


Establishes off-balance-sheet financing structures and develops cooperative models with major investment institutions for heavy asset protection strategies.
