We also maintain close partnerships with renowned industry leaders including GE Aerospace, CFM Materials, MTU, Lufthansa Technik, Honeywell, Thales Group, Safran, SR Technics, and ST Engineering, jointly providing high-quality services for customers.

In March this year, we achieved an industry-first milestone with Satair Chengdu Joint Venture: joint approval of Hangrun Technology's consignment program for aircraft parts from its inaugural wide-body A330-300 teardown. The certified materials have completed teardown certification registration and been warehoused at Satair Chengdu. Subsequently, all components will be featured on the Satair Market platform, delivering comprehensive region-specific USM material support and AOG services for Chinese customers, while providing global carriers with new cost-effective sourcing options.

As a key partner of the Airbus Lifecycle Services Centre, Satair Chengdu Joint Venture has established a long-standing strategic partnership with Hangrun Technology. In December 2024, Hangrun's first wide-body A330-300 successfully arrived at Chengdu Shuangliu Airport. This aircraft will undergo teardown at Airbus (Chengdu) Lifecycle Services Co., Ltd., followed by comprehensive eco-recycling of the residual hull. We are confident that our deepened collaboration with Airbus (Chengdu) and Satair Chengdu will deliver enhanced USM supply chain solutions and aftermarket services to customers, collectively driving sustainable development in aviation asset management.

As China's first approved pre-owned aviation material distributor, Hangrun Technology provides sales, leasing, and exchange services of high-quality rotable parts to airlines and over 300 global clients. We maintain dedicated teams for aviation asset acquisition, teardown, maintenance, and component management with rigorous quality control. With particular emphasis on safety compliance, Hangrun has not only secured domestic distribution accreditation but also achieved AS9120 and ASA-100 certifications, along with AFRA's Diamond-level certification for Best Management Practices in teardown operations. Recently recognized by the U.S. Aviation Suppliers Association (ASA) as a Business Organization of the Year finalist, this distinction validates our quality management systems and commercial strategy – setting a benchmark for Chinese aviation distributors in the global marketplace.

Over the past four years, Hangrun Technology has collaborated with seven aircraft teardown facilities globally, completing disassembly of 14 aircraft. Our total transactional volume exceeds 30,000 aviation parts with cumulative sales surpassing USD 100 million. Lease portfolio coverage includes whole aircraft, engines, APUs, landing gears, and diverse airframe/engine components. Maintaining an inventory of over 30,000 certified parts – spanning CFM56-5B, CFM56-7B, V2500 and Trent700 engine modules plus A320, B737NG and A330 airframe materials – we deliver tailored support solutions aligned with specific client requirements.
