Exciting News! OWS Obtains CAAC Maintenance License, Strengthening Hangrun Technology's Foundation for Sustainable Aviation Asset Development

Guangzhou, August 8, 2025 – In a significant step towards fulfilling its mission of "Pioneering Sustainable Aviation Assets, Hangrun Technology has reached a key milestone. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, OWS has officially been awarded a Maintenance License (Certificate No.: D.300079) by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). This not only certifies that OWS meets the requirements of CAAC's CCAR-145 regulations and is capable of performing CFM56-5B engine repairs, successfully establishing a rapid engine maintenance support system, but also marks a crucial step for Hangrun Technology in building closed-loop aviation asset recycling capabilities and solidifying the foundation for its sustainable development strategy.

The CAAC Maintenance License represents the highest level of certification from the aviation regulatory authority, affirming a maintenance organization's comprehensive capabilities across airworthiness safety standards, technical maintenance competence, quality management systems, parts support, personnel qualifications, facilities, equipment, and Safety Management Systems (SMS). Obtaining this license is not only recognition from the CAAC of OWS's maintenance capabilities but also a demonstration of Hangrun Technology's longstanding commitment to safety, deep expertise in maintenance technology, and pursuit of lean management.
